Marlo's love for all things Real Estate began years ago when she was recruited to lease luxury properties in Golden, Colorado while still in college.  After earning her B.S. in Biology/Chemistry at MSU, Marlo developed her Real Estate new construction knowledge while representing America's largest home builder, DR Horton, as a Community Sales Manager. 

 

Marlo is grateful for her many years of success in Real Estate (even during the down market) and is proud of the fact that she was able to team up with her husband, Jason Quade.  Prior to training Jason in Real Estate, Marlo trained him at the Belmar Olive Garden where she was a Certified Trainer while working through college prior to getting married in 2001.  Marlo continued her enthusiasm for training as a Team Leader mentoring and training new Real Estate agents for the past several years.

 

Aside from Real Estate, everyone close to Marlo knows that she is extremely passionate about animal welfare.  Her love for all animals was cultivated as a child while growing up on a farm in North Dakota.  Marlo strongly believes in volunteering and being a community ambassador for Jeffco's Foothills Animal Shelter.

 

Marlo enjoys time with Jason and their fur babies, Saydee (Cockapoo), Kodee (Colonial Cocker Spaniel), and Alee (English Cocker Spaniel) as well as hanging out with their many friends and family.
